1. 3-D Bending / Freeform Bending

   The importance of 3D bending/freeform bending is increasing year by year, regardless of whether it is intended for industrial use, private applications, or artistic purposes.

2. Rotary draw bending

   Tube bending (rotary drawing bending) allows for the creation of very tight radii. Our CNC machines enable us to combine very small radii, large radii, and 3D bends. This process involves the cold forming of the material.

3. Scan

   Using a laser scanner and software from TeZet, we are able to measure your samples and/or create highly accurate test reports for you.

4. Constructing / Drawing

   Customers typically provide us with manufacturing drawings. Upon request, we can also conduct the measurements and design ourselves. We also manufacture according to samples provided by the customer, which we then measure using our measuring arm.

5. Bending according to pattern / template

   Thanks to excellent software, we are able to produce templates tailored to the specific order. This ensures flawless quality control and a perfect fit.

6. Well packaged shipping to the customer

   To ensure that everything arrives safely at our customers' homes, our manufactured goods are always individually and neatly packaged!
